Periodic maintenance is necessary because of normal wear and tear, the inherent characteristics of the materials used in your home and the normal service required by the mechanical systems. Natural fluctuations in temperature and humidity will also affect your home.
We recognize that it is impossible to anticipate and describe every detail of the attention that is needed for good home care, but we have covered many of the most important details. Domestic items, like disposable diapers, sanitary supplies, excessive toilet paper, Q-tips, dental floss, and children’s toys, are the primary reason for toilet clogging. It is important to not dispose of any of these items in the toilet, as they are not included in the limited warranty coverage.
Marble
Cultured marble is a contemporary material that can enhance the aesthetic appeal of your residence. Maintaining it requires similar approaches as those utilized for fine wood. In order to prevent stains, it is important to immediately clean up spills. Avoid using harsh cleaning agents on your cultured marble counters, as food and drink spills are often acidic and can cause damage to the finish. Additionally, refrain from placing objects directly on the surface that may cause scratches.

Sweep on a daily basis or as needed. Never wet-mop a hardwood floor. Excessive water causes wood to expand and can possibly damage the floor. Refer to the manufacturer’s care guide for cleaning product recommendations.
