ARIVA Tips
ARIVA Homes
We are proud of the homes we build and the communities we build them in. Our goal is to put you and your family in a beautiful home that brings a long-lasting value with it. Good design, quality materials, and high construction standards are only part of the story; the rest is up to you. An important part of homeownership is keeping your home and its components properly maintained. Periodic checks and maintenance practices are necessary due to normal wear and tear, the inherent characteristics of materials used in any home, the routine service requirements of mechanical systems, and natural fluctuations in temperature and humidity.
While it is impossible to anticipate and describe every item that may require attention for good home maintenance, we have covered most of the important details. Included are the components of an ARIVA home with suggestions for use and maintenance procedures, as well as the ARIVA Homes limited warranty guidelines. Be aware that this manual may discuss some components that may not be present in your particular home.

Domestic items, like disposable diapers, sanitary supplies, excessive toilet paper, Q-tips, dental floss, and children’s toys, are the primary reason for toilet clogging. It is important to not dispose of any of these items in the toilet, as they are not included in the limited warranty coverage.
Cultured marble enhances your home’s aesthetic appeal. Maintain it like fine wood: clean spills immediately, avoid harsh cleaners, and prevent scratches by not placing objects directly on the surface.
Sweep on a daily basis or as needed. Never wet-mop a hardwood floor. Excessive water causes wood to expand and can possibly damage the floor. Refer to the manufacturer’s care guide for cleaning product recommendations.
