1 Year - Workmanship Warranty
From closing, this warranty helps cover qualifying workmanship items and finishes in your home, such as drywall, paint, cabinets, countertops, flooring, and interior trim.
2 Year - Distribution Systems Warranty
Behind the walls and floors, your home’s electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems help keep everything running. This warranty helps protect qualifying distribution system components, such as wiring, piping, and ductwork.
10 Year - Structural Warranty
Built with care, but if a problem arises, your structural warranty coverage helps safeguard your home’s foundation and structure from closing day.
